Spa Amenities
During your Body Elements Spa & Wellness journey, you will be provided with a locker in the women’s or men’s change room. Showers, spa robes and sandals, towels and grooming essentials are provided. For body treatments, we provide disposable undergarments. We invite you to relax in our Relaxation Lounge before and after your service. We ask that you kindly turn off your cell phone so that both you and our other guests can fully relax and enjoy the spa experience.
Scheduling
Our friendly and knowledgeable team will help you make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. To ensure the services you want and preferred time are available, we kindly recommend to book in advance. The Spa accommodates walk-ins based on availability.
Service Selection
Make your selections based on how you feel. Everyone’s sensitivity levels vary. Facial extractions and depilatory waxing can be uncomfortable, and occasionally massage can be intense. Our goal is total relaxation, so please let us know how we can help to make your experience more comfortable.
Punctuality
To insure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at Body Elements Spa & Wellness Centre at least 15 minutes prior to your first service scheduled. This will allow time for you to complete any necessary forms, change into a robe and relax before your treatment begins. You may also wish to shower or spend some quiet time in our Relaxation Lounge. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full service time. Kindly remember that your treatment must end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Cancellation Policy

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved. Package reservations require 72 hours advance notice and 5 days notice for Spa Parties. Failure to show for an appointment without cancelling will result in a charge of 100% of all services reserved. All bookings require a credit card number or gift card number to reserve your appointment time.

Children at the Spa
All aesthetic guests must be at least 6 years of age and guests for body treatments must be at least 12 years of age. A parent must be present at all times. To maintain the calming atmosphere of the spa, children are not permitted unless scheduled for a service with an adult. For the safety of your children, we ask that they not accompany you to an appointment as they cannot be left unattended.

Home Care Products
At Body Elements Spa, you can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using our amazing line of home care products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.

Gratuities
We believe the decision to extend a gratuity should be the result of a wonderful guest experience, and left to the discretion of our guest. Gratuities are not included in the price of our services, treatment packages or gift certificates.

Prices
Prices quoted do not include taxes and spa packages prices listed are for one person only. All prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Body Elements Spa & Wellness Gift Cards and Cash.

For Your Protection
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including jewellery and clothing. Please leave such items at home. While there are lockers available in the spa; Body Elements Spa & Wellness Centre does not assume any liability for personal items.

Gift Cards
Body Elements Spa & Wellness Centre Gift Cards are available at our customer service desk. Our Client Care Associates will help you plan the perfect spa experience ideal for a loved one or valued client or friend. Please treat gift cards like cash as they can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are non-transferable and can not be used to purchase other gift cards.

Special Considerations
At the time of booking, please notify the Client Care Associate if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant. Upon arrival at the Spa, you will be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire designed with your well being in mind in order to ensure your comfort, safety and the best personalised service.

For the safety of our guests and Team Members, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who appear intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or with inappropriate behaviour.

Can someone help me decide the best service?
Our Client Care Associates will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best sequence for your services.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice for a single appointment and 48 hours notice if more than one service is booked or if more than one person is booked for a service. If the amount of notice is not given, 50% of the fee all services reserved will be charged. We require require 72 hours advance notice for cancelling Spa Packages and 5 days notice for Spa Parties. All bookings require a credit card number or gift card number to reserve your appointment time.Failure to cancel appointments and no-show for services booked will be charged 100% of the fee for all services reserved..

What if I’m late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time for your spa treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Kindly remember that your treatment must end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

How early should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment to complete your service forms and you have time to change and relax before we get started.

Can I have my cell phone?
In order to promote a tranquil and relaxing environment, we ask that you keep your cell phone off during services to prevent disruption of services and other guests. Cell phones should not be used during a service so that we are able to communicate with you if need be and to avoid delays in your service.

What do I wear during my spa treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Most importantly, wear what is comfortable to you.

May I request a male or female?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular service provider. All of our spa employees are trained to drape sheets discreetly over the areas of the body not involved with the treatment. We respect and protect your privacy at all times.

What if I have lost my Body Elements Spa & Wellness gift card?
We will try our best to replace a lost gift card. However, unfortunately we are not always able to replace a lost, stolen or destroyed gift card.

Do Body Elements Spa & Wellness Gift Cards expire?
Body Elements Spa & Wellness gift cards that have been purchased from us never expire. However, the service purchased may not be available or the price may have changed. In that case, the gift card becomes a cash gift card and the dollar amount on the card can be used towards merchandise or any service we offer.
